Overview This tenant improvement project included the construction of a brand-new office, break room, and restrooms for UC Davis’ fleet service department. We also built a main shop to house all FFE equipment required to service the entire UCDH fleet. Additional site improvements included a new, covered wash bay, fencing, and vehicle storage.
