The scope of this project consists of a tenant improvement within an existing multi-tenant building. The tenant improvement is designed for adult vocational training.

Interior remodel with some demolition work ad classroom alternations. Changes to include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Rocklin Academy currently occupies and operates within the building. This is a tenant improvement for Rocklin Academy as an existing tenant. Building is being used for educational purposes through the 12th grade.

Jackson Construction built a state-of-the-art performing arts theater located on the Christian Brothers High School campus. The scope included the buildout of the main stage, backstage production area, and theater seating.

Overview This project included the construction of an entirely new STEM classroom building and associated site work. This work required a full demo and remodel of several existing restroom cores on the Holy Spirit campus.

Overview Jackson fully-remodeled Our Lady of Guadalupe School’s gymnasium, which included refinishing the existing wood floors and stage, as well as installing a new HVAC system. The scope of work also included a complete demo and rebuild of the site’s existing restroom core.

Jackson Construction delivered a design-build site remodel for Christian Brothers High School, creating a comprehensive new athletics complex. The project included the installation of a synthetic track and field, a new bleacher system, parking lots, flatwork, and adjacent turf baseball and softball fields.
