The proposed project will be a modified, prototypical “Home2 Suites by Hilton” hotel in a single-phase development consisting of 110 guest rooms in a four story, wood-framed, elevated structure supported on a conventional concrete slab-on-grade with a concrete foundation wall and footing system.
