Overview

We completed a 4,000-sq-ft interior tenant improvement project, with the goal of converting an existing commercial industrial suite in Davis, California into a modern antibody research and production lab that promotes an environment of maximum productivity for advanced research and development. Built to strict standards, the upgraded facility includes critical environment rooms with controlled HVAC and pressurizations systems, several production lab spaces, cold storage & prep areas, restrooms, an office, and a fully-equipped conference room.
