3740 Business Drive is a Specialty Test Lab that was designed and built specifically for UC Davis Health. The program consists of a front office, lab space, and training facilities in 27,000 square feet. The project included the design of extensive modular laboratory casework with fume hoods and equipment coordination. An emergency generator system was also designed. The building is a part of Jackson Business Park, a 16 building Office, R&D, Lab, Medical, and Flex project located in the Power Inn submarket.
